- What colour's can I have?
- Most badges are available in Red, Green, Blue and Yellow but please see each individual badge as some may vary. Personalised Badges can be in any colour.
- What wording can I have on my badge?

Stock badge wording is shown when ordering.
Personalised badges have been calculated to the maximum characters per line for each badge, therefore the whole of your message must be visible in the box provided, Note: The more characters/words you use the smaller the message will be. - Can I have the schools crest on my badge?
- Yes, Please visit our custom made section, or look at the ML website and give us a call to discuss on 01924 498500.
- Why do I need to register to place an order?
- This is to prevent false orders, we will check all order details before processing your order.
- I didn't receive an email confirmation!
- Due to the spam protections you may have, our email confirmation may have gone to your junk mail, check with your administrator. To stop this try adding us to your email address list, this may combat it.
- How do I get 5% discount online?
- You must have a link on your schools website to ML Badges & More. Please Visit the 5% Discount page for more details.
Delivery
- When will I receive my badges?
Stock badges are dispatched next working day, and personalised badges will take approximately 4 working weeks to manufacture. Our standard delivery to you is 2/3 days from dispatch.
- I need my badges Urgently!
- Rush service is available on schools personalised badges, they can be delivered in approx 3 working weeks, you must supply us with a date and we will advise you as to when we can get them to you. This is charged at an extra 25% on the unit cost. Stock badges can be sent out next day, 1st Class charges.
- Can I collect my badges?

Yes, when choosing delivery option on your checkout, please choose "Will Collect" from the drop down box and we will contact you when your goods are ready for collection.

WF14 8AH - How much is postage?
- Postage cost is calculated by the weight and goods worth. They will be sent via the most cost effective route. Your postage cost will be displayed when you add items to your cart with a small admin charge. You can also choose a different delivery option if needed.
Payment
- How do I Pay for my goods?
- Your Invoice will be attached to the front of your goods parcel. Payment is due within 30 days (schools accounts only), either by cheque or bacs, otherwise we request payment with credit or debit card. Please make cheque's payable to ML Badges & More Ltd. or call us to for bank details for bacs payments.
- How much will my badges cost?
- All prices are shown individually on the website, and calculated in your cart.
- Do prices include VAT?
- No, VAT is chargeable at the current rate and is shown on the order confirmation.
Not a School!
- Can I still place an order?
- Yes, Anyone is welcome to order, however, we will require payment prior to despatch of goods for personal address'. All other terms & conditions remain the same.
