Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please advise us within 7 working days of receiving your goods, (see Contact Us), quoting your order number and we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange on receipt of the goods. All goods must be returned in the same condition as received. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification.

If you request a refund then the amount paid will go back onto your original payment card.

ML Badges & More Ltd do not offer a free returns service, therefore, take your parcel to the Post Office and request the standard delivery service, ensuring you opt for extra compensation if needed. We will happily refund the cost of postage if the item you are returning is faulty or incorrectly sent. ML Badges & More Ltd cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore, please keep your receipt as proof of postage.
