DELIVERY: In stock goods are usualy despatched next working day from a placed order. Every effort is made to deliver goods speedily, however ML Badges & More Ltd. CANNOT GUARANTEE delivery dates to the day or be liable for the consequences of delays beyond their control.
CARRIAGE COSTS: Goods will dispatched by the most cost effective secure route. This could be either standard 2/3 days delivery or next day courier before 5.30pm. A small fee is charged for packing & materials. Timed deliveries are available on request, customers requiring other methods i.e., own collection must notify ML Badges & More prior to despatch.
NEW ACCOUNTS: Unless by prior agreement, payments as detailed on quotation sheet submitted.
SCHOOLS ACCOUNTS: Full payment 30 days from receipt of goods.
OVERDUE ACCOUNTS: ML Badges & More Ltd. reserve the right to impose a surcharge on all overdue accounts at the rate of 2.5% or £10 per month whichever is greater. the surcharge shall be payable in respect of a period less than one month as if such period was in fact one month.
CANCELLATIONS: ML Badges & More Ltd. cannot accept cancellation of orders verbal or written, once in production. ML Badges & More Ltd. shall charge, for all design artwork or pre-production samples undertaken to the date of cancellation.
QUOTATION: Quotations are based on submitted customer information and are prepared in the form of a written quotation prior to design/manufacture and valid for one month or as stated. Customers are requested to confirm their order(s) via purchase order, letter/email or any other ML forms.
SAMPLES AND PRODUCTION OF GOODS: ML Ltd. can produce a pre-production sample of the approved submitted visual or artwork (charges may apply). However, should ML Ltd. be instructed by the customer to by-pass the sample stage due to scheduling deadlines etc and proceed with full production ML Ltd. will take NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER for any slight variation or imperfection with plating or colour matching that may occur during manufacture. Production is undertaken ONLY on this understanding and acceptance in full by the customer.
REQUEST TO MANUFACTURE PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES: ML can produce pre-production metal, PVC, cloth (or other) samples prior to main manufacture as part of a main order, however should the submitted samples not be approved within a reasonable period of two weeks ML shall charge for all design artwork, die moulding or origination and administration which is deductible upon main order being placed.
SHORTAGES/OVERS: Due to logistics of production, shortages/overs on quantities ordered may occur a 5% margin. All shortages must be notified to ML Badges & More Ltd. in writing within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Customers are invoiced for exact quantities delivered.
PRICES: ML Badges & More Ltd. reserve the right to amend prices without prior notification on goods not previously ordered. In the event of the above conditions being in conflict with those of the buyer, the conditions of the seller will apply.
5% DISCOUNT OFFER: 5 percent discount is only applicable for discount activated accounts on online orders. The link to ML Badges must be as provided and be live on the official schools website.
PRODUCT USAGE: Please note that many of the products manufactured require a pin fixing therefore ML Badges & More Ltd. strongly recommend that these items are kept in a safe place AWAY FROM SMALL CHILDREN, Particularly under the age of 3 years.
ADHESIVE BACKING: ML can supply standard adhesive foam or tape to their products. However no guarantee whatsoever can be given to the permanence or period of time to its adhesion to another surface.
REPRODUCTION OF EXISTING BADGES: Due to differing manufacturer’s equipment, techniques & colour matching ML Badges & More Ltd. match an original supplied as close as is technically possible – 100% matching cannot be achieved.
ML COPYRIGHT: With the exception of existing corporate badge compatible images supplied to ML Badges & More Ltd., any product manufactured by ML Badges & More Ltd. requiring copyright production from the owner/licensee will be the sole responsibility of the person(s) company who
places the order with ML Badges & More Ltd. and are required to supply ML Badges & More Ltd. with written confirmation of the said approval prior to commencement of any work. ML Badges & More Ltd. accept no responsibility whatsoever for any infringements or legal actions regarding copyright/reproduction. All compatible designs, visuals & artworks produced by ML Badges & More Ltd. REMAIN THE SOLE OWNERSHIP OF ML BADGES & MORE LTD. and are protected under copyright and MAY NOT be reproduced in any form whatsoever without the prior permission of ML Badges & More Ltd. in written form. As part of ML's ongoing policy in self promotion (i.e. promotional literature, editorials, websites etc.) should any customer require their product NOT to be shown or mentioned ML must be instructed in writing prior to main production.

Your approval and signature is required to cover the following specific points;
1) Where you have furnished us with badge compatible artwork copy, that is your copyright property and you grant license for us to reproduce it upon the item which you have ordered.
2) Where we have produced any necessary visuals/badge compatible artwork, we as copyright owners assign a reproduction right for you to feature upon the item which we are producing for you.
